Carlos
Carlos Lutterbach is the Creative Director of Neb Lane Pictures. Carlos has spent almost 20 years in film and animation with extensive experience as a story artist, animator and sketch visualization artist as well as animation supervisor and consultant. His projects involve feature films and commercial work for several of the major players in the industry, such as Warner Brothers, Paramount, 20th Century Fox, Columbia Pictures, Locksmith Animation, Aardman Animations and Studio Canal amongst others. These projects have been distributed by Disney, Netflix and other major players in the industry. His work spans productions in the United States, United Kingdom and Brazil in a wide range of mediums including live action, CGI, 2D animation, stop motion animation and hybrid live action/animated features.
Jennifer
Jennifer Lutterbach is Neb Lane Pictures’ Managing Director. Jennifer has worked for over a decade with various small businesses coordinating operations and overseeing accounts. Having experience with a wide range of fields, from design driven enterprises to medical practices, Jennifer brings her unique perspective to NLP as both founding member as well as the Director of company operations.
Ricardo
Ricardo Penna has an extensive career in business having served as a multidisciplinary executive for over 15 years in engineering, healthcare and multi-unit retail across Brazil and the United States. Ricardo has managed large infrastructure projects for L'Oreal in Brazil, and co-founded a high-impact, low-cost medical clinic serving thousands in underserved communities. Having served as both COO and CFO of Semper LHR, and with an impressive record in operational scaling, cost optimization, contract management, and strategic leadership, Ricardo brings his unique set of skills to Neb Lane Pictures as head of business strategy.
